Holdingkompānijas AS “VIA SMS group” apgrozījums 2022. gadā palielinājies līdz 5,23 milj. EUR, kas gada laikā ir pieaugums par 10,81%. Pretstatā 6,22 milj. EUR peļņai gadu iepriekš, aizvadīto gadu AS “VIA SMS group” noslēdzis ar 575,64 tūkst. EUR peļņu pēc nodokļu nomaksas.  Uzņēmuma ieņēmumus veidoja finanšu starpniecības pakalpojumi, procentu ienākumi no meitas sabiedrībām un saņemtās dividendes.

2022. gadā AS “VIA SMS group” turpināja savu darbību ieguldījumu un investīciju pārvaldīšanā, kā arī sniedzot informāciju tehnoloģijas, mārketinga, finanšu un juridiskā atbalsta pakalpojumus meitas sabiedrībām. Arī 2023. gadā uzņēmums plāno attīstīt investīciju darbību, veicot ieguldījumus jaunajos un esošajos uzņēmumos.

Lursoft izziņas informācija rāda, ka Latvijā AS “VIA SMS group” šobrīd pieder kapitāldaļas piecos uzņēmumos, tostarp arī SIA “VIA SMS”, kas 2022. gadā apgrozīja 8,53 milj. EUR un nopelnīja 2,36 milj. EUR.

AS “VIA SMS group” dibināta 2007. gadā, uzņēmuma patiesais labuma guvējs ir Georgijs Krasovickis. Pērn uzņēmumā bija nodarbināti 55 darbinieki.
