"Centrālā laboratorija" mainījusi juridisko adresi

SIA “Centrālā laboratorija” juridiskā adrese mainīta no Šarlotes ielas 1B, Rīgā uz Latgales priekšpilsētā esošo Grēdu ielu 4A. “Lursoft IT” dati liecina, ka šajā biroja ēkā savu juridisko adresi šobrīd reģistrējuši 17 uzņēmumi. Izmaiņas adresē vakar, 17. martā, reģistrētas 39 uzņēmumiem.

SIA “Centrālā laboratorija” 2023. gadā apgrozīja 33,51 milj. EUR (apgrozījums 2022. gadā – 66,83 milj. EUR), pēc nodokļu nomaksas gūstot 4,3 milj. EUR peļņu (peļņa 2022. gadā – 26,9 milj. EUR).

2024. gadā  uzņēmums paplašināja laboratorisko pakalpojumu pieejamību visā Latvijā, atverot desmit jaunas filiāles. Aizpērn SIA “Centrālā laboratorija” bija 95 filiāles, taču turpmākajos gados to skaitu plānots palielināt. Iegūstot vienpersonisku izšķirošu ietekmi SIA “NMS Laboratorija”, pērn SIA “Centrālā laboratorija” tika pievienotas SIA “NMS Laboratorija” filiāles.

Iesniegtajā vadības ziņojumā teikts, ka SIA “Centrālā laboratorija” turpinās investēt jaunu laboratorijas telpu aprīkošanā, jaunu testēšanas metožu un laboratorijas automatizācijas procesa ieviešanā.

SIA “Centrālā laboratorija” kapitāldaļu turētājs ir AS “Repharm”, bet patiesie labuma guvēji – Sergejs Korņijenko un Roberts Tavjevs.
