Riga Bulk Terminal strādājis ar zaudējumiem

SIA Riga Bulk Terminal ziņo, ka 2013.gads uzņēmumam nav bijis īpaši veiksmīgs, līdz ar to tas pretstatā 2012.gada 162,787 tūkst.EUR (114,408 tūkst.Ls) peļņai noslēgts ar 529,079 tūkst.EUR (371,839 tūkst.Ls) zaudējumiem. Kā skaidro SIA Riga Bulk Terminal vadība, zaudējumi pagājušajā gadā radušies, jo uzņēmums pilnībā nav uzsācis kravu pārkraušanu.

Salīdzinot ar 2012.gadu, pērn arī ievērojami samazinājies SIA Riga Bulk Terminal apgrozījums, kurš sarucis teju trīs reizes, nokrītoties līdz 1,749 milj.EUR (1,229 milj.Ls).

SIA Riga Bulk Terminal ir noslēdzis ilgtermiņa zemes nomas līgumu ar Rīgas Brīvostas pārvaldi līdz 2039.gada jūlijam un uzņēmums brīvostas teritorijā patlaban būvē daudzfunkcionālu termināli kravu pārkraušanai, kurā patlaban ieguldīti jau vairāk nekā 20 milj.EUR (5 milj.Ls).

2006.gadā reģistrētais SIA Riga Bulk Terminal līdz pat 2012.gada martam bijis zināms kā SIA SENPASAULE. Uzņēmuma kapitāldaļu turētāji ir Maltā reģistrētais LATVIAN BULK HOLDING LIMITED un Kipras SEA ORCHID CONSULTANTS LTD.
