Betona grīdu ražotāja “Primekss” valdē - izmaiņas

Betona grīdu ražotāja SIA “Primekss” valdē pirmdien, 15.maijā reģistrētas izmaiņas - no valdes locekļa pienākumu veikšanas atbrīvots Sandis Babris un viņa vietā valdē iecelta Agnese Maskalāne, ziņo Klientu portfeļa monitorings.

Neskatoties uz minētajām izmaiņām, valdē turpina darboties tās priekšsēdētājs Jānis Ošlejs.

“Lursoft” informācija liecina, ka Sandis Babris SIA “Primekss” valdē darbojās no 2014.gada līdz šim.

Sandis Babris pirmdien atcelts arī no valdes locekļa amata “Primekss” grupas uzņēmumā AS “Primeteh”, kura valdē attiecīgi iecelta Agnese Maskalāne, bet viņš joprojām ir valdes loceklis SIA “Primekss Group”.

SIA “Primekss” ražo betona grīdu un sienu apdari no īpaši izturīga betona. Uzņēmums dibināts 1997.gadā. Tā pamatkapitāls ir 1 625 474 eiro un tā vienīgais īpašnieks ir SIA "Primekss Group", kas pieder Šveicē reģistrētajai "Primekss Group Switzerland AG".

2015.gadā SIA "Primekss" apgrozījums pieauga līdz 12,067 miljoniem eiro un peļņa pēc nodokļu nomaksas bija 491 tūkstotis eiro. Uzņēmums nodarbināja 112 darbiniekus.

2016.gadā SIA “Primekss” nodokļos valsts budžetā samaksāja 1,774 miljonus eiro, kas bija par 46% vairāk nekā 2015.gadā.
